By booking a treatment, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure your safety, comfort and satisfaction.
Medical Suitability
All clients are required to complete a full medical consultation and skin patch test before treatment.
Laser hair removal is not suitable for everyone, including those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, photosensitive, or taking certain medications. It is your responsibility to inform me of any changes in your health or medication before each appointment.
Eligibility
Laser hair removal is suitable for clients aged 18 and over.

However in certain circumstances, I may treat younger clients with a doctors note or parental consent. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure suitability and safety at all times.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance.
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or loss of a prepaid session. This helps me manage time and fairness for all clients.
Treatment Expectations & Aftercare
Laser hair removal is a progressive treatment and results vary from person to person.
Most clients require a course of 6–8 sessions for optimal results.
Aftercare instructions will be provided after each session and must be followed closely to avoid complications and maximise results.
Payments & Refunds
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Refunds for prepaid packages will only be considered in the case of medical ineligibility, supported by a doctor’s note.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your personal and medical information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and is stored securely in line with GDPR and professional standards.
I do not share your details with third parties.
Liability
While I take every precaution to ensure a safe experience, The Laser Clinic is not liable for any adverse effects or reactions that occur as a result of undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow aftercare advice or misuse of the treatment area.
